Lester Schwab Katz and Dwyer relocated from 120 Broadway to 100 Wall Street, a 29-story Class A office building owned by Savanna, a NYC based real estate private equity firm and asset management company.
Spector Group’s design creates a sleek, modern look that plays off available natural light for the space, taking advantage of iconic downtown views from the two floor vertical campus. Glass fronted offices take advantage of the natural light and open onto dramatic city views. Combined metal and warm woods give a sleek and up to date look, such as the reception area with a wood accent wall and a porcelain tile floor.
Spector Group also highlighted an ornamental stair that interconnects the two floors, adding to the visual sweep of the space.
