Real Capital Analytics (RCA), a global data and analytics firm focused exclusively on commercial real estate, sought to create a more transparent headquarters, allowing for increased interaction and a feeling of connectivity between staff. Serving as prime interior architect, Spector created an open plan workspace comprised of bench seating to house all of the firm’s New York employees on one floor.
In a nod to RCA’s work in the real estate sector and its president’s interest in the industry, the space will feature the Founder and President’s personal collection of building models, amassed throughout his career.
Adding to the design is the building’s original barrel vaults, which were incorporated to preserve character and create interest. The space also features several private offices in the central core; breakout rooms; a smaller video conferencing area; and a color palette accentuated by the company’s branding and signature colors, blue and orange.
