Chip started his career with Spectorgroup as a junior architect. Throughout the years Chip has worked his way up, developing and honing his skills throughout the process. Through his tenure he has played an integral role in a multitude of commercial interior projects, retail, ground-up construction and major building infrastructure renovations throughout the United States. Chip was an instrumental team member for the redevelopment at Brookfield Place, and served as the Project Architect for The Pavilion at Brookfield Place and 225 Liberty Lobby.
Chip graduated Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Architecture and a future wife. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, a Registered Architect in New York and Florida, NCARB certified and is a LEED Accredited Professional with the Building Design + Construction specialty.
