Brookfield Place Redevelopment

New York, NY
LEED CERTIFIED

Reconfiguring an iconic development as a mixed-use destination with access to new mass transit hubs.

Combined, the Pavilion and reconfiguration span over 300,000 square feet of additions and renovated spaces at Brookfield Place (formerly the World Financial Center). The redevelopment includes the recently completed Entry Pavilion, Hudson Eats and a new Retail and Dining Corridor. As the Executive Architect, we led the coordination and oversight of the entire project team; ranging from design architects to specialty consultants. Charged with ensuring that the vision of the overall project was achieved, Spectorgroup in collaboration with Brookfield Properties worked closely to develop a “master plan,” which was then dissolved into smaller, more manageable phases.
