Scott E. Spector currently serves as principal of the New York City office of Spectorgroup. He joined the firm in 1987 and founded the New York City office in 1998.
As a member of the firm for over 25 years, Scott has been instrumental in forging alliances with the real estate community, working closely with both developers and brokers in fulfilling the corporate office needs of the vast Manhattan real estate market and beyond. His leadership and ability to provide quality client management have proven key in developing Spectorgroup’s New York metro area presence. Through his experience with leading national corporations and building owners, Scott merges the multiple aspects of design and delivery to achieve clients’ business goals and facilitate long-lasting partnerships.
Scott earned his Bachelor of Science at the University of Michigan and his Master’s of Architecture at the University of Maryland. He is a member of the Big Apple and Long Island nationally-recognized Young President’s Organization. He is also an architecture and design columnist for the Commercial Observer.
